Default Relocation bracket install

Just picked up a set of used BMR bolt in relocation brackets. i did not receive the hardware to bolt these bad boys up. checked site and they come with 2 half threaded bolts 2 nuts and 2 spacers. do i need to get this exact setup or will i be ok just using regualr nut and bolt? also, my car is on eibach sportlines. do i use the upper or lower setting when i install my non adjustable control arms? thanks for your help fellas. did a search but didnt find my answer

You definitely need that spacer deal your talking about.
