Default rack swap -- help

I need to change the steering rack on my car, its a 93 Z28.
I have an LS1 rack in the mail, how hard will that be to install?
The only time I've worked on my steering is when I changed the tie rod ends.......

After the steering shaft, tie rods and lines are removed, I think it's just a couple bolts and off it will fall off.

You do realize that the steering shaft coupling orientation is different between 93-97 and 98-02 F-Cars, right?

The coupling will fit, but the steering wheel will be rotated 90*.

Not sure ... change the column or remove the wheel and rotate it on the splines seems the logical moves

The steering shafts are keyed

I think it had something to do with routing the steering shaft around the LS1 motor's exhaust and motor mounts.
