E brake questions Help fast please

E brake questions Help fast please Hey guys I took the e-brake handle of my 94z and a metal rod with a hook on the end came off along with the push button, Could somebody please tell me how to rehook up this piece right now I dont have an e-brake and will be really needing it tommrow so I can do some work on my car and jack it up without leaving it in gear.

dang I just did the same thing can anyone help?
I can see that the rod should hook over the lever that locks against the teeth on the cam, but there's enough room in the lever that the rod just slips up and over the lever?
