Default LCA Install Help!

I just bought a used set of LG adjustable lower control arms. I know the procedure to install them, but I need help on which way to put them in. They are poly/rod, and I want to know which end should go where. Poly on the body, rod on the axle? Vice versa? Any suggestions? I tried searching everywhere with no luck. Thanks in advance!
