QA1s squeaking noise

QA1s squeaking noise I don't know what the deal is, I installed a brand new pair of QA1s on the rear, and they're set to mid setting, pretty stiff. When I drive around on a little bumpy road and the car starts to bounce a bit is makes a squeaking noise. Anyone experienced this?

front or rear
if its the rear check the bushings where it goes through the body one of mine slipped over the bolt because i forgot to put the washer on.
if its from the front i dont know i havent installed mine yet
