Wallywall

Got a squeak coming from the drivers side rear wheel. Goes away when I brake however, I just changed the rear pads and cleaned everything up real good with brake cleaner thinking that might fix it but it didn't. I also slowly applied the e-brake while moving to see if that would stop it but it didn't. I've been dealing with it for a while and can't take it anymore. Ideas/suggestions?
