changed a arms, now i have a problem

changed a arms, now i have a problem when i back up my two front wheels bow out like this / \
when i pull forward they are straight. i know i need an alignment but the alignment shop should be able to fix this issue right?. bmr says i need to use washers with my A arms. i didnt put any in because the old version a arms(bmr) never had them. im just confused i dont want to get an alignment if i have to take the a arms off and install the washers.
i have skinnies on the front

The wheels should not be changing camber like that just moving back and forth. An alignment won't fix that. Sounds like something is wrong. Is there a bolt missing or loose?
You should have someone back the car up for you and try to look under to see what's giving when the car moves. That's definitely not a good thing and I wouldn't be driving the car at high speeds if I were you until that gets fixed.
