Broke a Koni Well I thought the car felt different. The right front shock is gone. The adjuster just spins loosly forever and the damping is shot.
What could cause this. Is the car too low (26") in the front. Are Koni's bumpstops insuffcient. I read that there is only an 1/16 of an inch between where the redesigned Koni's internally bottom and where the bumpstop is basically non-compressible. Or was it just a defect that showed up after 2 months?
Koni is sending out an advanced replacement. I hope it will be covered under warranty.
