I am going to be putting my QA1R,s on soon with the 300 springs. For the back I am going with a BMR 1 inch lowering spring.I have a BMR adjustable torue arm,BMR non adjustable tubular control arms and panhard rod. Will 1 inch or 1.25 drop be ok with out relocation brackets.

short answer? get them
they're cheap enough, and they can only cause an improvement, so why would you not get them?
and you can always just get bolt-in brackets to try it with & without them....if you feel that you don't need them, turn around and sell them to someone else that wants them.
if you feel that you do need them, you can take your car somewhere and get them permanently welded in.

Not needed if you are ok with a bit less traction.
Level LCA = ok traction and handling
LCA angled up to axle = best handling and feel
LCA anngled up to body = most traction, worst/dangerous handling
