Your title and thread body are opposites.
What information do you want?
a) how to adjust?
b) which to buy?

Well I just visually verified the PHB adjustment. If both wheels had the same distance to the wheel well, then I was happy.

To adjust, I just remove one side wheels loaded, spin it so that the connected end twists, go a few threads depending on if i want to move it outward or inward, then put it back and have someone push on the body of the car, jack up the side that you disconnected to help get it back in. Keep a hammer handy to bang the bolt back in.

Do the same on the other side if you need to move it more. Thing to remember, the bolt can only go in one way, not both ends.
