Default Help - LCA Relocation Bracket Install

I've just acquired a pair of the LCA Relocation Brackets from BMR - bolt in type and had an issue during the installation that I need help.

The car is an 02 Z28 M6 equipped with ABS and ASR.

The issue I'm having involves the brake retainer bracket the holds the parking brake cable and the brake lines feeding to the rear calipers. This bracket also wraps around the OEM LCA mount and is secured with a bolt that also holds the LCA in place. Please advise if you guys either had to bend the retainer bracket to get the relocation brackets in place or was a section of this retainer bracket cut-off and discarded.

Thanks

I see so that part of the retainer bracket will not be used when the relocation brackets are installed so the option is there to cut a section of it off or bend it like in the above pic.

Thanks for the help.
