Default Need some quick help, ASAP!

I'm trying to install my adjustable Panhard rod from BMR since I will be lowering my car shortly. Everything was VERY easy, I used install U and it took me no time to get it up and installed. The problem I've run into is this, I don't know where to put the grease. This is my first time installing anything suspension related, thus my first time using a grease gun. I got my gun working, but maybe someone can help me out. Step 6 from Install U says as follows:

6. Grab a grease gun and grease each end of the panhard bar. Be careful not to put too much grease into the ends (see Figure 3). Two or three pumps of the grease gun should be sufficient. If you start to see the bushings pop out you know you have way too much grease in there. You will need to grab a 5/16” wrench/socket and unscrew the fitting and let the grease work its way back out. I used a marine grade grease recommended to me by Brett Rockey, owner of BMR Fabrications, for its excellent water resistance and stickiness.

Step 5 was to tigthen the bolt to the proper specs (61 ft/lbs) and I've already done that, so my PHR is just sitting there waiting for grease. I found the "fitting" where the grease will "work its way back out" but where do I squirt the grease into to start with? I can't seem to locate any other spot in which to squirt the grease into. Any help would be appreciated!

The grease fitting will "snap" into the end of the grease gun and you can then pump the grease into the bushing. When you are done, pull firmly on the end of the grease gun fitting and it will "pop" back off of the grease nipple. That is all there is to it. Good luck!
