Question brake drag??????????

whats up guys well my ride has a wierd problem. well when i let off the gas [at any speed] the car feels like the brakes are very lightly applied and the car dont seem to rool free. and when i jack up the front of the car the whells spin free but the do drag a little and i can hear the pad touching the rotor and it will spin for a few seconds then stop.
so is this normal or is some thing wrong?
maybe need to grease the caliper pins or the bolts are to tight????
help me out guys

If you can get a couple seconds of spin out of them, then it sounds like your front brakes aren't dragging. You should hear some pad/rotor contact when spinning them, its the nature of our disc brakes. Not a bad idea to grease the caliper pins and slides anyways though. That's some maintenence that often gets overlooked.

Check the rear calipers and slides too maybe? Parking brake drag?
