Default Bilstein shock problem

Well I got my Bilstein HD front shocks today. As I was taking off my KYB shocks I noticed that my Bilstein shocks did not come with the cup to hold my spring, its just a straight shock. My question is what can I

You need to take the spring perch (spring holder on the shock body), shock cup (rubber piece at the top that mounts inside upper control arm) and shock cup pad (piece that fits inside the top of your shock cup and distributes the force of the shock nut) from your stock assembly and use it with the new setup.
