Well not to be mean, but if you do a search you will find more info than you can shake a stick it.

The general thing right now for the "best"
Konis SA 4/4
Sam strano springs.

I would call sam and just order this well proven set up for the street or track, and don't do bad at the track either.

More than happy to help, but there is no way I can given the huge lack of useful info. I'm not saying to give you a hard time (really), but when folks use e-mail to ask "I need ______, what do I use?" and that's all there is..... Well it's kind of like me saying on the web: "it's lunch time, what should I eat". You don't know what I like, what I'm after, what suits me best.

This is just one of the reasons why I work over the phone, most anything else IMHO is just guessing. I don't presume to know what shocks might be best, or if you really should have springs or not, and I can't without speaking to you. That's just the way I work.

Well I can understand not knowing what to even look for so I will tell you right now that they have a nice sale at tybrne for slp bilstiens! Got mine for 389.99 which they are normally 425 +.
After the research i have done it seems the best bang for the buck for street/strip is the slp bilstiens. Also I believe they have a long warranty. Hope this helps!

Oh and btw. Springs typically don't go bad unless the shocks got to the point of no return and damaged the springs. Unless of course you want to lower your ride or create a different weight transfer for launching.

So you already got shocks? With them shocks I would run stock springs, there not made for super hD lowering springs.

so looks like you done what you wanted without takign any advice.

I hope your ride is what your looking for

Actually they are made for in between springs, like SLP's, but that setup is more ride than handling. The shocks are still too soft for my tastes, and the springs aren't really enough stiffer than stock to make a big difference, and don't offer nearly the roll or pitch control of springs like mine.
