Exclamation Spohn SFC Bolt On Help...

I just got my SFC's. I ordered the bolt on ones....now I was reading the directions, and it said to weld. Now do I have to have them welded or can I just bolt them on? I wanna get them on as soon a possible. I don't know if I can if they have to be welded....
