LT1-LS1 kmember

LT1-LS1 kmember I am fixing to start on a Gen III swap on my 95 Trans AM, my question is will a tubular Kmember for a LS1 car bolt up to my LT1 Chassis. I was thinking it would without issue, then someone told me it would bolt to my Chassis, can someone clarify this for me?
