Dakota break problems (sorry) 
I know this is not an LS1 but I need some help. The problem I'm having is that when I apply the breaks to come to a stop the front of the truck bounces or surges as it slows down (more like a bounce). Now I now what some may say but it's not the rotors. The truck has been doing this for a couple of years but it's getting worse to the point I don't like to drive it. When it first started doing this I had the rotors turned but the guy at the shop said nothing was wrong with them. Since then I have replaced the rotors, calipers (calipers have a plastic type piston), pads, and shocks but here lately it has gotten worse. Please help because I'm trying to keep the miles off my '02 Bird.Vinny
