Uneven ride height!!

Uneven ride height!! What would cause one corner to be about 1 1/2in. lower than the other? I have changed out springs (stock/Eibach Pro), swapped sides (L x R). All no good, I ended up using the both spring pads on the passenger side rear and nothing on the driver's rear and now they are very, very close to being even (less than 1/4in.) For the longest time i've thought it was that spring sagging. That does not seem to be the case.
Car does not seem to have been in an accident. EVERYTHING else is perfect and within specs. I'm completely stumped.

Let me guess, passenger side lower than driver side?
I wondered that on my car, but I was told it is normal, these fbodies sit like that. Dunno why...
Last I measured my driver side was about 3/4 in higher than my passenger side front and back. I had a worn front end though so it may have changed some now that it is all fixed.

All my Camaros have had a "gangsta" lean to them I have never known why?
I thought an adjustable panhard bar centering the rear would correct it but we will have to see...
I have brand new bilsteins on all four corners as well still didn't cure it

Well i'll see if suspension mods will help. Have LCA's, adj. PHB, and Trac Pac T.arm that are going on soon. Just need LCA brackets, and shocks, then sways.
