I lack the skill, tools, knowledge, and dedication to fab my own suspension. But I would love to hear (read) the hard core tech and numbers!

race-quality LCA's and PHB can be created by ordering your desired flavor of radius rod (hex aluminum, swedged steel or aluminum, wrench flats etc) and then simply screwing on the appropriate rod ends and jam nuts. total cost for both lca's and the phb could be kept under 100 bucks.. most of the expense being in expensive rod ends.

The front suspension and the torque arm are another story.

i am making three point subframe connectors, cross brace with adjustable torque arm, double adjustable on car lower control arms and matching panhard bar. once done, i might tackle the front suspension but that is a later date. just curious who was interested because you can save money and build everything tighter than you can bye them. is there a big demand for someone to build the front suspension because i will try it.

i wouldnt **** with a k-member though...unless you're a fabricator by profession (and a damned good one), i dont think it'd be worth it. theres a lot more then knowing how to cut/weld...you have to know where stress points are, how to strengthen em, your welds must be perfect...not just hitting the surface and def not burning through, and your geometry better be amazing..to me, unless you are an amazing fabricator and know structural engineering pretty well, you're better off buying a pre-existing one..some goes for the front a-arms. it is a cool idea, its just very involved

yah i hear you, i am already finding out the torque arm and cross brace have some difficulty to make because of trying to square everything up so that there is no pressure points. but still having fun and keeping myself busy on my days off.
