Default Koni Install HELP

I just finished installing the rears. BUT Im kinda confused about how tight to tighten the 2 bolts that go on the inside of the car....The little picture on the instructions says not to squish the 2 rubber pieces when tightening the bolts down. So how tight do I make these?? They dont feel very tight unless I tighten them down to where they squich them together.

I forget, but aren't there two nuts per mounting bolt? If so, the second one will hold the first one in place. I tightened mine "enough". It didn't deform the rubber, but they aren't backing off either. No issues.

Yeah you do not want to squish the rubber bushing. There are two nuts that are used in the rear. Tighten the first one until you make sufficient contact with the rubber bushing. The second nut is used to lock the other one in place.

I squished mine just like I would an end link bushing....I dunno, I thought it would be fine. They haven't popped out yet but I'm sure they have taken a shape.
