Default Thread pitch and size from the master to the ABS unit

I need to move my ABS/ Traction control unit, I need room for the turbo, but I still want to use it. What thread and pitch are the two lines from the master cylinder to this unit, and what type of flare do they have? I'm hoping to get this done this weekend, and its my only ride.

Pulled one line and it appears that they are m10x1.0 inverted flare for the small line and m12x1.0 inverted flare for the large line at the master. I'll pull the line at the ABS unit in the morning to see what flare type they are. Looks like I'm going to have to fab the lines.
