what should i set my QA1 F's at when i go to the track front and back also do toy need to adjust the ca's when changing my pinion angle

The shock adjustment is really going to depend on the car and track conditions. The best thing to do would be start the rears in the middle(maybe a click or 2 firmer) and the fronts full soft. You should not need to adjust the CA's when you adjust pinion angle. If you have any other questions I can help out with just let me know

do i need to be on a 4 post lift to adjust the pinion angle how does that work. i put the torque arm on and lowered the car down in my drive way and the 12 bolt housing was hitting the top of the tunnel

We have a great instructional video on the front page of our website. It shows you how to adjust the pinion angle on a car with an adjustable torque arm. You can check it out here :

You need to make the adjustment with the full weight of the car on the wheels. Good luck!

Do you run a slick or dr's, i'll take it you do. front 1-2 on back you want it very firm so i would say 10-12. you want the lifting energy of the front to push down and plant the rearend firm and hard. you'll probably see a little diff. in 60's a lesser ET and 1-3mph increase
