Default squeaking on take off

just like the post says. kind of annoying. it does it on a regular or hard take off and every once in a while on the 1-2 shift. it did it even when i had stock gears and the u joints are good. i know it's not the rearend itself. tranny mount? lca's? panhard bar bushings? it almost sounds like it's at the back of the tranny, or somehwere around there. anybody have any ideas?

The lower control arms on my car squeaked I cured it with a thin film of grease on the bushings.

I would also check the torque arm bushing.

But as you know you need to find the source to cure the problem, most times easier said than done.

Were your rear LCA's ever loosened or removed? If so, they were likley tightened with the axle "hanging" at the bottom of it's travel. This will cause a squeak. If you think that is the case, loosen the mounting bolts (just back them off a turn or 3). Jack up the car and set the axle on jack stands (put a back up set under the car for safety) and retorque the LCA mounting bolts with the weight on the rear axle. That has fixed at least one car on this forum (and maybe a few). Good luck!
