Default Torque Arm Question

I am looking at putting a Spohn Adjustable Torque on my 2000 Formula with Long Tube Headers, do i have to get the torque arm with the tunnel brace for the long tubes or not?

No, you can run the trans mounted arm. If you get the tunnel brace version, I'd get the one they use for standard exhaust if you plan to lower. The one for long tubes scrapes too much on lowered cars. You can still fit the I-pipe through the standard version--even with a safety loop. I know because I did it on mine.

Actually best if you are in there replacing the TA to go with a style that does NOT mount to the tranny tailshaft.

I broke my TS with the numbers in my sig and tranny TA mount. I went with the Spohn Adj TA for LT's.

CW00BlackTA- I know just what you're talkin about as far as ground clearance goes - I have scraped/hit on stock height car. Now that I'm gonna lower I think I'll pick up the other style front xmember as you suggest. I have Hooker LT's and Jet Hot Y - found out after TA install that I really didn't need the LT xmember version.
