Default Remove steering rack - how to cut bolt?

I'm at that point where I've got everything disconnected, but the one pesky bolt on the driver's side hits the oil pan. I've read here that people recommend cutting the bolt and reinstalling it from the bottom after, but how do you cut the bolt? I can't get a sawzall or standard hacksaw in there. I removed the one oil pan bolt it was hitting and jacked up the motor as far as it would go and it still needs just a little bit more room.

Going to replenish some energy and attack it again in a few hours.

Nevermind, I pulled the driver side motor mount bolt (18mm) and jacked the engine higher. The rack & pinion bolt on that side pops right out.

Thats pretty much how you do it aside from cutting it. I put my new rack in while doing poly mounts
