30-1265 Sport Rears are the internally Adjusted Shock (must be removed from the car to adjust) These rears are part of the Koni 4/3 package

The 8241-1140 Sport is the externally adjustable shock which is more money since you can adjust the rear settings while the shock is mounted on the car by a turning **** located behind the rear seat carpet. These rear shocks would be part of the Koni 4/4 package

All in all you cant go wrong with either one, I run the 30-1265 rears since my needs are pretty basic and really dont need to be adjusting them all the time and they are cheaper

Basically, that's it.... what the descriptions on my site don't tell you is that the 30-1265's have 4 detented positions, vs no detents on the 8241-1140's.
Both shocks from full soft to full stiff increase damping by about 100%. The 30-1265's do so in steps. Full soft, +20, +50, +100%. The 8241-1140's are "infinitely" adjustable within the overall range. All a matter of how far you turn the ****, and no getting "stuck" having to pick between two settings.
And fwiw, the 30's are mono-tube shocks, the 8241's are twin tube shocks (but that's really not much of a bother either way and should not be the decision maker).

Most guys run their fronts 4 sweeps backed off of full hard, and the rears are full soft for mainly a daily driver application.
If you have not bought shocks yet, this package is the one that best suits your needs (Koni 4/3)
