Default Pulling brakes

The brakes have been pulling to the right when driving and when stopping they usually pull to the right but sometimes to the left. The front alignment was totally messed up with my old tires then for a little while with my new tires. I had an alignment done about a month ago. Today, I greased up the slider pins and moved the front tires to the back because they were worn a little unevenly. It seems a little better nut is still pulling. When driving strait it still pulls to the right. when braking the pulling seems a little better but not totally gone. What else can I do to fix this?

Could be a bad tie-rod end.
