Custom sway bar

Custom sway bar Well, this is kind of off-themed, but this is the only place that I could think of that would know the answer. I have recently completed an engine swap on my 1949 Hudson coupe. Out with the stock flathead six, and in with a 1956 DeSoto 341 hemi. 
Well now it handles kinda funny, and I think the stock 5/8" sway bar is flexing a lot under all of that new weight. Does anyone out there know of a company that can make a new sway bar to the old one's dimensions?

Re: Custom sway bar I'd start by calling all the usual suspects (Hotchkis, BMR, etc), if they can't do it, maybe they will suggest someone who can. Otherwise, you may be stuck with trying to use a standard adjustable race bar. It is a straight bar with arms that are splined onto the ends (usually aluminum arms). I think Maximum Motorsports sells a kit like I'm describing for the rear axle on a mustang....I'm not sure how well you'll be able to adapt soemthing like that....but it may work for you so I thought I toss it out....
