yup and no problems, over some large speed bumps it scraps the slightest tiny bit but nothing that I worry about.

Car looks great, nice raked look.

they're advertised as a 1.2" drop, but depending on the car in question, may be a slight bit more or less.....but from what i've gathered on here about them, there's not a LOT of variance.....i wouldn't think they would drop you any more than 1.3" or so.

I think you will find the Strano spring is as consistent a drop as you'll find out there. That is one of the reasons to get Strano springs. Mine were EXACTLY as advertised.

Give Sam a call and talk to him personally.
After having Konis on my car they are a STEAL for $740 (price at the time I bought them, I think they are a little more expencive right now).
Shocks control what your whole car is doing, and how it feels, it would be very unwise to skip out on such an important part.
FWIW, if for whatever reason I had to choose between having my car with the current springs and swaybars on stock shocks, or stock suspension with just Koni's, Id go with just the Konis... Yes, they make that much of a difference.

what kind of life do the koni's have? for the price i would expect them to last a while. i am sure it depends on what type of driving conditions. i am asking about mainly street some strip and no road course.

Koni's are known to last a very long time and not wear out as quick as most shocks out there. One of their many good points.

They do have a lifetime warranty. However racing them voids that, so unless your hoping curves on a roadcourse or driving at 60 mph over huge chuck holes they should last you a long while.

Yes, the top goes into the donut a very certain way; put the donut on before installing the spring. I'm not aware of the bottom having a donut, I always have seen the spring pigtail rest on the spring perch on the axle, metal to metal.

Ride's good! Handles really well too! All that combined with the look, I'd have to say that these are in the top 3 of all mods that I've done!!

Did you keep the isolators in the rear? I love the way these springs look........ can't decide between these or BMR. Looks GREAT!

Why?

Of the two you mention only one weighs less and uses knowledge gotten from actually turning corners (and winning doing so) that filters into the spring set.

I wouldn't have bothered with springs if I didn't feel I could bring something better. I think we have.
