I have had them on my car for a couple years now and am very happy with my decision to run them.

aren't as good, referring to what? they're not as stiff, or they don't dampen as efficiently? or do they break more-so?

When you adjust the AGX's, you're adjusting the compression and rebound at the same time (so if you want more rebound, you also get more compression), with the Koni SA's your just adjusting the rebound.
If you don't understand compression and rebound you can look at howstuffworks.com under shocks. But simply put, you don't always want more compression with more rebound. More compression usually means a rougher ride(resistance to compress when hitting a bump).
