adj.PHB & adj.LCA HOW TO INSTALL

Installing, Yes.
Adjusting, depends.
Jack up the rear, but not by the rear axle. Take off one of the LCAs first, then adjust both of your new ones to match the length of the LCA you just took off.
Bolt the new one in place, and then do the other side.
Don't tighten the bolts, just make them snug for now.
Unbolt you PHB, and adjust your new PHB to match it's length. Bolt the new one in place.
Now, place a jack under your rear axle, and jack it up to normal ride-height (keep the jackstands in place though, just for security). Now, tighten the bolts on the LCAs to 75 foot-pounds (if I remember correctly).
Now, this will give you the same setup as you had before. As for adjusting the LCAs and PHB to your needs, that's a whole other topic.

so when i start tighting the lca to my adjustments what will i see. same goes for the phb ???????? with the phb i can adj. ride height and what do the lca do then?
sorry this isnt common sense for me compared to you guys but i do thanks the help ..... cause i dont no jacksh!t but i really do want to learn as much as i can

Note that the phb bolt is stepped in thickness on one side compared to the other. I spent a good amount of time thinking I wasn't lined up correctly when in fact it was the bolt that was going in the wrong direction. Make sure to put it back in the right way.
