I would think so, however in order to tackle the job, I'd looked for a wrecked "donor" car. I'm sure that it wold be easier to swap the entire rear end, rather than just the disc brake components. Plus, you'd need the proportioning valve and possibly the ABS hardware, and also the computer stuff related to the braking/ABS module.
