I dont now if im in the right forum but I have 2 questions guys
#1 i have 275/40/17 all around on my ss how much should i be looking to lowering it and what springs should i be looking cause ive seen a couple out in the market
#2 how do i find out how wide my rim is i now for a fact that its 17 but dont now the width on it any suggestions and by the way there Eagle Alloy Wheels

You should go to the eagle wheel website to try and find the width of your wheel. For a 275 they should be atleast 9" but that does not stop some people from using smaller widths.
I would reccomend lowering your car between 1" and 1.5". 1" if you plan to add LT headers 1.5 if you do not.
I am running hypercoil springs with Bilstein shocks and I love my setup. Definately replace your shocks and springs at the same time. It is also a good idea to go ahead and buy an Adj. Panhard Rod and maybe some relocation brackets to correct your rear suspension geometry after the drop.
