I was told i need to remove the front sway bar to really get good traction. Is it safe on the street like that? I know that handling will suffer, but i really need to get my 60' times down. My traction is horrible! Help!

its "safe" as long as you don't go all that fast (no 100mph romps on the highway
).....
really though, look into something else (eg: slicks) to get traction, having to removing the sway bar is a sure sign (to me) that the car is not set up right....

You will have no problem with out, just don't expect to go into corners at high speeds and keep the car level. I've had mine off for about a year now, and I've made a couple 120mph passes with no problems.

With that said, my swaybar has been on and off the car a few times over the last year. Now I just throw my HAL's up to about 5 and the car handles better now with no swaybar than it did when it had stock shocks and a swaybar.
