Suspension questions
Does the panhard bar center up the rear? or what the hell does it do? And there is another bar that meets with the panhard bar, what is that? I'm not to keen on suspension.
What torque arm setup would clear my TSP true duals that is not mounted to the trans?

If you are having clearance issues between the side of the LCA's and the tire(s), is it on both sides of the car? Or just one side? If it's only on one side, then yes, the diff requires to be centered in the car, but you'd have to have an adjustable panhard bar to do so (do you have an adjustable PHB??)
The other bar that is mounted above the panhard bar is just a brace for strength. It isn't an adjustable piece.
Relocation brackets are NOT required for adjustable LCAs like was stated before. Yes the tubular LCAs are smaller in diameter than the stock LCAs, so you should have quite a bit more room. If you need even more room, pick up a set of rod/rod LCAs and offset bushings. That will move the LCA further away from the tire.
UMI also has a torque arm relocation bracket that takes the TA mount off the trans. That may work with your true duals, but im sure someone can chime in on that.
