Default Springs

Well ive been thinking about lowering my car and was looking at the eibach kits...now theres a set that lowers 1.5" in the front and 1.3" in the rear........and then thers one that lowers 1.7" in the front and 1.8" in the rear....<<<now is the 1.7-1.8kit good for racing or is it too low , and also do i have to buy diffrent kind of shocks ...

If you want the rear end centered you will have to buy an adjustable panhard rod to recenter the rear end. Lowering the car ~2 inches isn't good for drag racing. You can get by without buying shocks but for the best results you'll want to get a matched set of shocks.

SLP's Eibach's might be worth considering. They will lower the car ~1 inch. SLP also has a set of matched Bilsteins. This isn't going to help your 60ft times any even with relocation brackets to lower the LCA back into position.

You could always get a set of V6 springs. They lower like .5 0r a little more and they are good for weight transfer. Can get them real cheap at Junk yards.

I have the Eibach Pro Kit springs along with re-valved Bilsteins shocks, BMR adjustable panhard rod, BMR relocation brackets(bolt in). This is a very good setup.
