This is a LOCKED programmer, i repeat it is LOCKED.
This programmer was givin to me by my roommates dad. He had a 2000c5 and forgot he had it tuned, then sold the car. Found this later and said "crap". So he just gave it to me.
it will cost $99 to have it updated and $50 to unlock it by DiabloSport. (you'd have to mail it in)
So in the end you get a $250 programmer.
(i'd do it but i have a 98 so it wont work on my car)

its locked b/c as stated in the first post, the programmer was lest on the car when it was sold before the programmer was restored to stock. I dont know about the V6 thing, look up the part #
