WTB: SLP Dual/Dual Catback
Don't know if you have any interest but I have a WS6 exhaust that I pulled from from my car.....complete past y-pipe. Car has been sold and I have no need for it - yet.
There was 1 clean cut in the I pipe (not in the over the axle part) to remove it and its a dual/dual with chrome, rolled tips(kind of like Borla tips). Its been garaged and tips are covered with paint sensitive tape to prevent scratches.....I'm a little ****
I dynoed this exhaust, as I heard a lot a talk that the WS6 (and SLP dual/dual)
flowed as well as the SLP loudmouth, but I have a hard time believing
on-line "banter". Tested both the same day, allowing time for the car to cool to get the similar engine temps (which was about the amount of time it took to change it out) and the Loudmouth was a negligible difference (3 RWHP & 5 WRTQ better - if I remember correctly) on a DynoJet....I was shocked
I still preferred the SLP Loudmouth, though, due to the HUGE weight savings (as I autocross).
I haven't looked into what it would be worth, but I believe I seen them around $50 to $100 with the quality not being near the one I have
......I'd take $75 for mine.
If interested, just let me know.
PS - I have dynoed my 99 Z28 stock and then with a SLP Loudmouth as well and there was a considerable difference there (almost 20 RWHP - if my memory serves me)
.........so you're looking at a $75 catback with near Loudmouth power and near stock Z28 sound.
