Lets say your car was stock and looked like this with motor and transmission” which it doesn’t have”.
The car would probably bring in about 7 to 8k with the paint job it has. “We aren’t talking about mods yet” Now you put the fact that he spent a **** ton of money in parts labor and all the other things for this car. I will copy his list for you. Parts that would mean something to ME $5,295 this is all at new prices not used.
That car by it’s self would bring $4,500 to 5k as a roller not including parts.
Now we look at the parts and what I do is, I half the cost of parts to give me what I’m going to add to the cost of the car. Let’s say $5k for the car + $2647.5 “parts” Get me to a total of $7647.5
That’s what I would start with and work someone down on from there. I’m not trying to insult this guy’s car but, this is how I do things. Hope you get what you want for the car. If your looking to get a lot more then this you might want to keep the car or part it out. You know if you part it out you will get more.

Moser 9" w/ true trac, 4.11s, and 31 spline axles,. Rear has ~ 5-7k miles on it.
This would cost $3k + a few hundred on other options new for the rear end

BMR tub. SFCs $200
Spohn 3" chromoly driveshaft “Looking on there site $475
BMR tub. k-member $450

Dual Optima red tops relocated to trunk $150
Racetronix 255 fuel pump and hotwire kit $200

315/30/18 Falken Azenis rears ~85-90% remaining
All this other stuff doesn’t do **** for me so I never looked into cost
It doesn't mean it's not worth something just nothing I cared to look into.
