I have a long rod 370 Shortblock up at Erics (hke) right now. I changed my mind and want to build off a 6 bolt lsx block so I have the option to go big boost later down the road..
This motor literally had about 3 passes on it and maayyybe 500 miles before I pulled it and took it back up there to him for him to check everything before I sold it.
We originally built this motor for about 8k rpm and a 400 shot of dope as a solid roller setup. However, im keeping all of my solid roller valvetrain and it will come as a hydraulic roller.
You can call him directly and he will vouch that this shortblock is in prefect condition as it is. Everything checked out perfect and was just finished being reassembled. And will be ready to throw whatever cam and heads on and race. All of the bearings still have all the coating on them still.

This motor shifting at 6500 with the listed cam and STOCK 243 heads went 10.20@134 straight off the trailer with a baby 125 shot in a 3500lb. Trans am w/ a shitty 1.54 60ft. Put a healthy cam, a good set of heads, spin it to the moon, and let it eat and its a 8 sec motor all day.
