I've been wondering the same thing for some time now. I'm liking the TSP 224R with a 114 LSA. Looks like it'll have a little lopiness and still have decent low end torque. Hopefully someone else can chime in with good advice.

216 220 529 532 114 or 220 220 563 563 114 or if you don't want to include a higher stall converter get the 212 218 581 581 115

I had a comp 216/220 like V8 suggested in my 04 5.3. Was running 3.90's and a 2500 RPM Converter. 2500 RPM is the bare minimum I would run with that cam IMO. 2800 would have been perfect.
