Yesterday around noon I was sitting at the stop light on westheimer at chimney rock. The light had been red for a few seconds when about 5 guys that looked like official harris county inmates in orange jumpsuits all chained together walked out across westheimer blocking the entire lane. They just stood there for a few seconds and then some girl came out and gave each inmate a sign that said something about “Leave Your Business Unlocked”. While they held their signs up the girl jumped and danced around in the lane trying to get attention. Then just before the light turned green they all walked back to the side and I could see that some professional crew was filming them.


Anyone know what this was about?

Who knows... I was looking to see if anyone else has seen this.

Maybe they were making a movie or something?
