Default car is dead! need help and shop!

i just got home from the Marine Corps School of Infantry and it seems like hurricane ike did a number to my T/A. a branch cracked my windshield and water leaked in down on to the floorboard and accumulated in the back driver side seat. well i replaced the windshield and dried up the water for the most part. the battery also died so i took it to get charged, but when i put it in last night nothing happened and i mean nothing. so i tried to jump it this morning but nothing happens, no lights, turnover, alarm, etc...... I feel there is some type of issue because of the water.

Basically i need a great mechanic to fix my issue or if someone knows what might be the problem to help me. also if the leak continues a shop to also locate and solve the problem.
