What happend to ACE racing trans I am lost someone please fill me in, I had my transmission rebuilt by Gilbert at ace racing transmission last January and was trying to get into contact with him on the boards. Whats the deal guys I see he was banned. Fill me in please

Sorry to hear this - hopefully all is well with Gilbert. Specialty Transmission. He is master ASE Certified and is not going anywhere. He is the guy that race-built by 4L60E that has held up over hundreds of harsh drag racing passes and also goes into 4th gear in the 1/4 and keeps on smiling. This guy should get a medal he builds transmissions so well. BTW, I run 10.60s on this 4L all day long.

+1 for gilbert and his crew!! i just had my tranny built by gilbert and my tranny is good to go. after getting it built, i took it on a 1100 mile road trip with no issues. i was watching gilbert and his crew put my tranny together and they made sure everything was done correctly!!
the only regret is gilbert roasting my tires on a test drive to make sure it works...

We parted ways with Ace racing a long time ago and we do not stay in contact.
