Wife also said no to smokers since we are anti smoke...except a cigar every once in a while. We also do not have a fenced yard so pets probably won't work. We have a heeler but he stays in the yard, so not a big deal with him.

damn ceta that is a real nice house u got there , i might be looking into it .. or might go uo there to check out the place .... if the rent is that cheap then I can most likely take it .. but ill give these other guys a chance since I have my place right now with a couple of roomates ..
well I will see when I can go take a look at it , I can help out around the house going to school for automotive but its not what I expect it to be so might not keep going that rout .. but I will let u know when I can go out there to check it out .. maybe this week end if thats ok?

You would just need to see it and judge whether it would be suitable for a roommate...is small. Ideal for 1 but doable for 2 perhaps. We would just have to visit about it. If you were asking me...grab a map and pull up Brazos Bend State Park...we are attached on the SE corner. 15 miles due south of Sugarland.
