waste of money. stick with regular AC Delco or NGK copper plugs.

my friend's 2005 grand am came from the factory iridium plugs. came time to do a tune up and we put regular NGK TR55's in it... didnt loose a single mpg. coinsidentially, the 3.4L V6 grand am takes the same plugs as the LS1.

LOL, they are fragile. i have them in my car and tried checking the gap on one to make sure it was right and it just broke right off. i think i'll go with the regular NGK's next time around myself

You need kryptonium plugs to get super power.

Other than longer plug life, there is no benefit to designer plugs. Actually, some of them will hurt performance.

TR55 isn't the plug for all. I run TR6's NA.
Even NGK is a little gimicky with their "V" groove.

I've had the designer plug arguement many times. Some TBSS guys were buying into the E3 crap and wouldn't listen. Seriously? A plug with a steel electrode that shrouds the kernal?

There is no reason not to run copper which is a better conductor unless you are after plug longevity.
