one of the rear panels has been repainted...so if I take the molding off that panel it'll jack up the clear, thats the only reason its still on there...otherwise it would have been gone a long time ago.

Thanks.

Yeah I know how it goes, I have 2 exhaust clamps holding the pipes to my merge and they are both facing halfways down. They are right in the middle of the car in front of the tunnel mount tq arm bracket, and they scrape everywhere. I could turn them so they face up, but I've been too lazy lately to do that. I just need to find a decent exhaust shop to get it welded up and get rid of the clamps.

Hows orientation goin for ya?

I worked at a machine shop for about 7 months in my hometown so most of its a review...its good though, I loved math in HS and College so its a breeze for me. John is a badass, we spend most of the class listening to old stories of his...man had done all sorts of ****.

Did you build your motor in class?...I was checking out ur fquick page and that thing is legit man...nice little setup

Nah I built up my motor last winter. I was trying to do everything on the cheap, so the heads are pretty worthless, but it works. I just started in September, and just brought my car down from MN last week, so its nice to have it back. I'm slowly building another engine. So far I just have the block crank and heads basically. Its a 4.125 bore resleeved LS1 block im hoping to build into a 387. I'll just use a stock crank and see what happens. I almost want to build it for boost, that stuff is addictive. I was racing another guy from school with a silver SS with an STS kit on it. Bone stock engine running 8 psi, put down 505rwhp/575rwtq at school. Needless to say, I got my *** whipped, haha. I might need to put my forged pistons to work and throw a "little" shot on my car to hold me over till i get my other engine done!

hahaha yea i've heard about that car...I'm working on a Iron 408 that'll run a large wet shot.

for my project motor though i'm building a 383 for my truck back home, a budget build really, just to get it back together...might not even make it a 383....just run the stock crank and throw some pistons in it, was gonna just hone it out but its got a ridge in the sleeves so there goes that.
