LOL! Insider Friendswood joke eh? Jones was the Linebacker coach when I played there, funny dude. Vanmeter was offensive coord and receiver coach. Did they ever carry on the Henry Winston tradition of calling everyone "Bubba"?

Good luck my friend. Ben has been there a bunch for me over the years. I hope you have fun up in Colorado and get everything lined out. I'll have to come up there to hit the slopes sometime.

Now who is going to go to Freebirds with me so we can make fun of people!

Whats up with all the snow jokes? It's been so dry around here the last few years, cities are actually fighting over water rights and it wasn't that long ago that you could get arrested here for watering your lawn on the wrong day. lmao It's only been within the last year that we have even come close to anything resembling normal precipitation -rain or snow.
You'll dig it here though, Ben. Don't look at it as losing friends. Look at it as adding more!

Best of luck to you Ben. Sounds like you've got a plan to get a good education and that is what's important. I hope you'll at least continue to post here in the Texas section even though you'll be in Colorado. You're still a Texan in our minds.

Go Rams!

The weather here in Fort Collins has been unbelievably nice the last two days. It was 55 yesterday and today it's probably about 60. I hope it's like this for a while, even though I know that'll never happen. There's very little snow on the ground which is nice cause I'm a bit nervous about driving in this mess especially at night.

Thanks for all the kind words, and I'm sure I'll still post in here to make fun of people and talk football.

My brother is trying to get me to go talk to Coach Fairchild about some type of internship with the football team. So we'll see what happens with that.

I'll be in town this summer to work on Calhoun's car at the races so I hope to see some of yall then!
