go to the store right now and buy 25 lbs of meat. (chicken, turkey, ham, beef) u think im joking? eat 5 lbs of meat everyday mon-friday and workout to the MAX just dont hurt urself and dont over train

the way you would know if ur over training is if YOU think your over training

also do a little bit of cardio to keep sweating off the fat for example run 1 mile every other day and try to keep it under 8 minutes.

get atleast 8 hours of sleep every night.

take naps if u need to

heres a nice schedule for you that I use

Mon - Chest/Stomach/ 1 mile
Tues - Back/Traps
Wed - Legs/Stomach/1 mile
Thurs - Shoulders/ Triceps
Fri- Biceps/Forearms/ 1 mile
Sat - Rest
Sun - Rest

Do this for 10-12 weeks to test it out and tell me if you like it bcuz i guarantee you that you will see a large increase in strength and size and if u like your results keep using the same routine just increase ur weights

You might want to look around a body building forum instead of a car forum. Try musculardevelopment.com or bodybuilding.com.
My advice is don't be in a rush, because nothing happens over night. Good luck with it.

GL with it, I just started back yesterday. Hopefully, I can stay consistent when my daily schedule is loaded. I miss the eggwhite and oatmeal omlet, it taste better than it sounds.

they have protein with weight gainer at gnc has more calories then regular protein and you need alot of protein buy protein bars and everything you need to be eating a hell of alot because if your wanting to gain weight while doing jujitsu its going to be real hard you burn alot of calories doing it i'd take the protein and eat the protein bars all on top of those 6 meals a day

I was 5'10 140 in August of 2008. I started eating everything in sight, doing deadlifts, squats, bench, and mil presses. NOTHING else. I was 167 when I weighed in on wednesday. You aren't eating enough. I thought I ate a lot, now I see how wrong I was. I eat 3 meals per day and a gallon of whole milk per day (end up around 4000 cals).

Creatine and protein do completely different things. Creatine, monohydrate the most common, puts water into your muscles making them bigger... your muscles are made up about 80% of water. Protein you need 1 gram per pound of body weight per day to build muscle, 40-50 grams is nothing... you get that eating one large chicken breast. I work at a supplement store currently, used to work at gold's, and have been around bodybuilding for about 7 years, been to many shows and talked to quite a few pro bodybuilders including ronnie coleman. If you want to gain weight you need to eat alot of calories and carbs. Protein helps you gain muscle and recover but you wont gain much weight from that. If you want to gain good weight and now sloppy, then eat all brown carbs(wheat). If you just want to gain weight, then just eat anything you can get your hands on and eat ALOT. Since you weigh 155 right now, divide 155/6 and you get a little more than 25grams of protein per meal... the more the better but you need at least 1 gram per pound of body weight per day. Weight gainers will be great for you, you can count these as meals and take 2-3 per day. Your workouts needs to be intense also, low reps of about 6-8 per set, need to have a good split also... the football routine, lower body upper body, does not work. Each body part needs at least 72 hours to recover, if your kicking its *** then more. 5 day splits are the most common, having off on weekends. If you want to know anything else in depth like when to release glycogen, spiking insulin at certain times, when to take what kind of protein, or anything like that then just shoot me a PM.

PS... as recommended before, you can cut out cardio. If you want to still do cardio, then walk on the treadmill at an incline which will burn more fat than calories. You need to be taking in more calories than you are burning or else you will be burning muscle. As far as not eating carbs at night, that cant be more wrong when trying to gain weight. Cutting out carbs at night is for people wanting to loose weight.
